Delivery and Returns

Deliveries can be made to UK and Republic of Ireland addresses only.

UK Delivery (7- 14 working days)

This depends on our stock levels, Ladies Cufflinks may take longer as these are all hand made. We will however, update you regarding your order by email or telephone.

Postage & Packaging for all UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £3.95
PLEASE NOTE – A signature will be required to confirm receipt of goods

FREE Delivery: applies to UK customers for orders over £100.00

Republic of Ireland Delivery (7-14 working days)

Postage & Packaging for the Republic of Ireland deliveries is at a Standard charge of £7.95
PLEASE NOTE – A signature will be required to confirm receipt of goods

Unfortunately we are not currently able to deliver to BFPO addresses.

We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send more than one parcel.

PLEASE NOTE - if you wish to choose our gift wrap service this is charged per item ordered.

Return Policy

You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However for hygiene reasons this does not apply to unwanted pierced products.

To return an order

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods please return within 7 days of receipt of your order in their original condition and packaging. Postage is payable by the customer for UK & Republic of Ireland postal returns, we recommend you obtain a Certificate of posting, as we will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. We will refund the value of the goods as soon as we receive them.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. (This will exclude the original postage cost.)
